Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a person’s name, location, or another query in a search box, that information is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Van Wert County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Emails and Other Messages
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
